In 2017, I was on a flight to Nashville with my husband. Travis, my husband, was listening to the audible book, Emotion Code by Dr. Bradley Nelson and I was listening to a crime podcast. Half way through our flight, he nudged me to stop what I was doing and take a listen to the Emotion Code book. And although, I wanted to finish my crime podcast to find out who did what, Travis persisted that I needed to hear this book.

I was fascinated by Emotion Code and this healing modality that Dr. Bradley Nelson had discovered. Travis and I are always looking for ways to heal ourselves from anxiety, stress and depression. Both of us have suffered from past life trauma and we are always looking for new healing measures.

As you can tell, we were very open to finding ways to heal the body. When we got back from Nashville, I quickly made an appointment with a local practitioner and I was hooked. I felt and saw results immediately. Both Travis and I loved it so much, that he encouraged me to become a certified practitioner.

I became an Emotion Code practitioner in 2019 and then got my Body Code certification in 2024 and my Belief Code certification in 2025. I love this healing modality and each of them have their own unique purpose. Read below to see the summary of each before booking a session.
How I discovered Healing

Emotion Code
Emotion Code is a gentle yet powerful healing modality that works with the subconscious mind to identify and release negative trapped emotions that may have been stored in the subconscious mind during challenging or traumatic experiences throughout life.

With your permission, I tap into your subconscious mind to locate these negative emotions that may have been trapped during moments of stress, trauma, or overwhelm. These trapped emotions can originate in one of three ways: you experienced the negative emotion directly, absorbed the negative emotion from others, or inherited it through family lineage. During the session, I use muscle testing to identify which type of emotion is present, the age at which it became trapped, and at times the memory or experience connected to it.

Once identified, the negative trapped emotions are released using magnets, allowing the body and subconscious mind to let go of what is no longer needed. Each session begins and ends with prayer, creating a grounded and intentional space for healing.
​
Many clients report feeling lighter, clearer, and more emotionally at ease after a session. Over time, Emotion Code work can help reduce emotional reactivity, ease negative emotional triggers, and support a greater sense of emotional balance.

Body Code
Body Code is a comprehensive healing modality that expands beyond the Emotion Code to address imbalances within the body’s physical, emotional, and energetic systems. This session includes Emotion Code work while also exploring how different systems of the body may be out of balance or holding trauma or stress.

With your permission, I tap into your subconscious mind to identify imbalances or misalignments related to your organs, glands, skeletal structural alignment, ligaments, fascia, muscles, endocrine system, integumentary system and all other body systems that may be contributing to discomfort or a sense of being “off.” Rather than focusing on symptoms alone, Body Code looks at how the body functions as an interconnected whole.

In addition to physical systems, Body Code also works with the energetic side of the body. This may include imbalances within energy centers (such as chakras) and governing meridians, as well as subconscious energetic patterns like negative broadcast messages, idea allergies, despair anchors, or emotional disruptions related to motivation, energy, or the will to live. Body Code views the body as more than a mechanical system, working with the mind, body, and energy field together to support balance and healing on all levels.

Body Code can also reveal when the body is seeking additional support. Through the guidance of the subconscious mind, we may also identify your body needs related to hydration, nutrition, herbs, essential oils, sleep patterns, or any other support that will help the body maintain balance. At times, the subconscious may also indicate what the body does not need, such as over-supplementation or substances that may be placing unnecessary stress on the system. The body knows how to heal and knows what it needs. Please note that I am not a licensed medical professional, and Body Code sessions are not a substitute for medical care. Any information that comes up during a session, such as supplements, hydration, or lifestyle support, should always be discussed with a licensed healthcare provider. I do not diagnose conditions or advise clients to stop or change prescribed medications.

As with all sessions, Emotion Code may be included to identify and release negative trapped emotions contributing to physical or energetic imbalances. Each session begins and ends with prayer, creating a grounded and intentional space for the body’s innate wisdom to guide the healing process. Corrections and releases are facilitated using magnets, supporting the body in returning to a more balanced and aligned state.

Clients often report feeling more regulated, centered, and connected to their bodies after a Body Code session. Healing varies, sometimes clients feel immediate relief, other times clients need to book more than one session. Over time, this work can support the body’s natural ability to function more smoothly, efficiently, and in greater harmony.

BELIEF CODE
Belief Code is a deeply transformative healing modality that focuses on identifying and releasing subconscious belief systems that may be limiting or shaping negative patterns, negative behaviors or negative emotional responses to how we experience life.

Research in neuroscience, epigenetics, and psychology, along with the work of thinkers such as Dr. Bruce Lipton and Dr. Joe Dispenza, suggests that much of our subconscious programming is formed during early childhood, particularly between the ages of zero and seven. During this developmental window, we are constantly observing, mirroring, and absorbing information about the world around us. We learn not only through direct experience, but through imitation, emotional resonance, and nervous system regulation modeled by our caregivers and environment.

This understanding echoes ancient wisdom as well. Biblical teachings speak to the idea that early conditioning shapes who we become as adults, reinforcing what modern science now confirms: early experiences strongly influence how we relate to love, money, relationships, self-worth, safety, and identity.
​
When we grow up in environments that feel unstable, unsafe, or emotionally charged, we may unknowingly form limiting belief systems around these areas. Over time, these beliefs become embedded in the subconscious mind and continue to influence our thoughts, reactions, and behaviors, even when they no longer serve us.

Belief Code work focuses on identifying and addressing these subconscious belief systems at their root. There are several types of belief systems that may be present, including:

Basic belief systems, the most common type

Split belief systems, where opposing belief programs coexist

Parallel belief systems, where multiple belief systems are linked together

Tangled belief systems, where multiple belief programs are intertwined

Partial belief systems, which are incomplete or fragmented​
During a session, we first identify what type of belief system is present, whether it was formed through personal experience, inherited, or reinforced over time. We then gently dismantle the belief system layer by layer, beginning with the negative programs, then the limiting beliefs it contains. From there, we identify the root core belief, along with any faulty core identities that may have developed as a result. These identities often influence how a person sees themselves at a fundamental level and it effects how you move through the world.

Once the faulty belief system is cleared, we move into Emotion Code to release any negative trapped emotions that may have been reinforcing or sustaining the belief system. Emotional energy often acts as fuel for limiting beliefs, and releasing negative trapped emotions helps prevent the pattern from re-establishing itself.
​
Finally, we use Body Code to ensure there are no remaining energetic imbalances, misalignments, or stress responses connected to the negative belief system that was addressed. This helps the body integrate the changes more fully.
​
Each session begins and ends with prayer, creating a grounded and intentional healing space. Depending on what the subconscious mind indicates, we may then support the integration of a new, empowering belief or create space for greater mental clarity and coherence, allowing more supportive beliefs to emerge naturally over time.

Clients often describe Belief Code sessions as deeply clarifying and freeing, supporting lasting shifts at the root level rather than surface-level change.

HOW DOES IT WORK?
All healing sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom. Once your session is booked, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your Zoom link, date, and time. You are welcome to have your camera on or off during the session, whatever feels most comfortable for you. Each session lasts 45 minutes and begins and ends with prayer, creating a grounded and intentional healing space. I say my prayer out loud so you know who I am praying to and what I am asking for. I am simply a guide, I believe we all carry the wisdom to heal but some bodies may be stuck and need a guide to show them the way. My role is to guide the process of healing while working with your subconscious mind, allowing your body’s own innate wisdom to lead the way.
To support the most effective and grounded healing experience, I recommend a few simple preparation guidelines. Please avoid alcohol the day before and the day of your session, as it can interfere with my ability to tap into your subconscious mind. I need your brain to be hydrated, so aim to drink 18–32 ounces of water prior to our session. Choose a quiet, private space where you can relax and won’t be interrupted or distracted.

DO YOU FEEL ANYTHING?
It’s completely normal to feel curious or even a little apprehensive before a healing session, especially if you’re unfamiliar with subconscious or energy-based work. I want to gently clarify how this process works so you feel informed and at ease.
​
​While I tap into your subconscious mind with your permission, I do not have access to all your thoughts, memories, or experiences. I don’t have access to personal details unless your subconscious mind brings them forward. The way I receive information is through muscle testing, I am asking simple yes-or-no questions for guidance, which helps direct the session without accessing or viewing your conscious thoughts. Throughout the session, I use a charting app system to guide the process, and during our Zoom call, I share my screen so you can see exactly what charts we’re working with. Many clients find this transparency reassuring and supportive. I have also learned to trust my own intuitive gifts. During our session, I might feel things in my body since I am connected to your subconscious mind. Or I might see words or images come up in my mind, I will share whatever comes up intuitively, just in case it makes sense to you.

​Everyone experiences sessions differently. Some people notice physical sensations during the session, such as a feeling of lightness, warmth, tingling, or a sense of immediate relief. Others may not feel much in the moment but experience shifts afterward, such as deep tiredness, emotional processing, vivid dreams, or memories resurfacing 24 to72 hours after the session. All of these responses are normal and part of how the body and subconscious integrate healing.
​
It’s also important to know that results vary from person to person. Energy Healing work is most effective when approached with openness and curiosity. Those who are receptive to mind-body or energy-based practices often notice deeper shifts, while those who are highly resistant or closed off to the process may experience less impact. There is no right or wrong way to experience a Healing Code Session, your body and subconscious mind move at their own pace.

Some people recall memories connected to trapped emotions right away, while for others, those memories surface gradually or remain buried. Trust that whatever needs to be revealed will come forward in its own time. Again, if you don't know what Code Session to book. WHICH CODE WORKS FOR YOU?
Each of these healing modalities offers a unique way to support your healing journey, and there is no “right” or “wrong” choice, only what feels most aligned for you right now. Emotion Code sessions are often chosen by those who want to work with emotional triggers, patterns, or reactions that feel closer to the surface.
Body Code sessions are supportive when there is a sense that emotional, energetic, or physical imbalances may be influencing how the body feels or responds.
Belief Code sessions are ideal for those who feel deeply stuck or notice recurring patterns tied to limiting beliefs around areas such as love, money, self-worth, or success.
